Heather Moll
Heather joined the team in August 2021 but is no stranger to cabinetry. Since 1999, she has worked in every aspect of custom cabinetry, including building, engineering, design & sales, and has even worked in high-end residential project management. She also has a degree in occupational therapy but decided to return to her roots and work with clients helping them create their dreams. She specializes in aging in place.
Her goal with her clients is to seamlessly integrate fresh looks into clients’ existing areas while creating pieces clients are excited about and will still love for years to come. “I want my clients to love their new space not only for how beautiful it is but for how functional it is. There is a delicate balance between the two.”
When she is not working, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, including Charles and his son, plus their furry babies.

Collaboration with Harkey Tile
This showroom project for Harkey Tile and Stone, a family-owned business out of Charlotte, was unique and noteworthy for Greenbrook designer Heather Moll. As Harkey Tile and Stone are long-time business associates and friends of Heather’s, she felt the established relationship helped aid in her design style and input as well as their needs. Understanding Walker Woodworking’s and Harkey’s clientele and both businesses’ products allowed her to make informed decisions on selections, styles, and layouts.
Heather used Walker Woodworking custom cabinets to accent and enhance the showroom’s primary product focus in the kitchen and bathroom displays. Heather’s process revolved around adding functionality and some Walker Woodworking upgrades to amplify the products Harkey had chosen to showcase. Another priority of Heathers was to design in a way that would satisfy both the employees and customers of this business. Heather accomplished this goal by addressing the reception area storage with Walker Woodworking custom cabinets and adding contrasting finishes that connect a unique element of a waterfall counter design in the bookkeeping area, which the clients can see and employees can enjoy.
After speaking with Heather, it was stated that her main goal when starting and designing a new project is to include certain levels of future-proofing and combine universality with adaptability, whether in a home or a place like a showroom. Heather stated, “Future-proofing, when possible, is an element of living and growing in place. We never know what needs we may have in the future, so designing with the intent to encompass as many needs as possible is very important to me.”
