Homeowners Questions & Answers:
Is this your first remodel? NO
Our kitchen was the third remodel project on our home in Charlotte. As you know, we used Walker for our master bath and laundry room remodels.
Did you research other cabinet companies? YES
We interviewed two other cabinet companies located here in Charlotte. Our decision to use Walker was based on our great previous experience and the quality of the cabinetry. Although you were not the least expensive we felt most confident in your ability to deliver great results.
What are your “Must Haves”?
- High-quality hardwood cabinets.
- Professional design assistance.
- And a company that stands behind its product.
Is this your forever home? YES
This is our forever home. We downsized from a 5700 square foot home to a townhome to better fit our empty-nest lifestyle.
How has the new kitchen design helped you?
Greenbrook’s help in design was critical to the success of the project. They helped us understand what works and doesn’t work based on their experience. They also guided us to the best storage solutions within the cabinets so they are both functional and beautiful.
What was the biggest hurdle you had to overcome during the design / install of your project?
Since we were removing walls and relocating everything in the kitchen, envisioning how it should function and the final appearance was somewhat of a challenge.
Is there anything you would have done differently?
I cannot think of anything we would have done differently. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.
What is the best feature or biggest asset to your newly remodeled area?
The best feature of our new kitchen is how it opens to the family room and allows us to enjoy both spaces at the same time. Personally, the built-in Miele coffee maker is my favorite.
If you had to rate Walker Woodworking / Greenbrook Design for an overall satisfaction grade, what would your score be? 10 = highest – 1 lowest.
Walker Woodworking is a 10, no question. You deliver a great product and your team of people through the entire process was fantastic.
