Why a showroom?
A showroom is more than just an area full of numerous displays, it is an opportunity to learn about the products and what makes them stand apart from the rest. Our goal for opening a state-of-the-art showroom was to allow our clients to have a chance to encompass the five senses (sight, taste, hearing, touch, and smell). This immersion enables our clients to have a unique and memorable experience. To have the best possible journey in home renovations means having a place where you can walk around and see the endless possibilities of your potential home. Clients can wander through our showroom, which is laid out much like a home, and feel like they are touring their own. As they make their way through the four different kitchen cabinet brands we offer they can ask our designers questions about the process and products. It is our personal goal to provide every client with a design experience tailored specifically to their individual needs. We understand the desire to have differences in opinions and styles, actually, that is what drives our creativity!

Las Vegas here we come!
On February 18, 2019 we were recognized for our work when we were notified that we had won best independent retail showroom location (brands with one to five showrooms) –Large (5,000 square feet or more). This award, presented by the National Kitchen & Bath Association, celebrates existing showrooms in the kitchen and bath space that are doing a great job of engagement, creating unforgettable experiences, and educating their customers. The standards for judging was a showroom design that was innovative, unique and interactive. It is not too much of a stretch to say that this came as a great surprise and delight to all of us here at Greenbrook Design. Making sure that our client’s experience is as smooth and pleasant as possible is our number one goal, now we were receiving an award that confirmed we had done just that! It was an honor to go to Las Vegas and receive this award.
Our showroom is not just a place where our clients can come and see what they might be able to have in their home but a place where we take the time to learn more about them on a personal level. It is important for us to learn the little things so that we can help them make the best decisions for their home and their budget. When our clients first come through the doors of our showroom, we make it our personal mission to learn as much about them as we can so that we can tailor the experience for them. We work with any budget and do our best to accomplish everything on our client’s wish list. This requires us to take time with them and go through as many options as necessary for them to find that perfect fit for their style.
What this means for us.
Winning this NKBA award was more than an accomplishment, it was an affirmation that what we set out to do, to be the best showroom in our area, had come true. We also want to say thank you to everyone involved in getting us to this point, without the support of our friends, family, amazing employees, neighbors and community we never could have succeeded.
