Incorporating nature’s elements is trending in the design world and this project shows why. It creates a calm atmosphere that makes everyone feel relaxed and ready to enjoy time with family. The warm wood tones carried throughout this home ties the entire design together creating a unified look. The blue/gray cabinet color is a nice contrast to the wood and white making this home the perfect place to gather with family.

Project
Objective: Create a unified area by tying similar elements throughout the home
Natural wood always sends a warm vibe wherever it is making everyone feel welcome and this kitchen is no exception. The pairing of the custom wood island with the blue/gray cabinets creates a modern farmhouse look. A custom range hood that matches the island brings it all together perfectly. The master bathroom also has a relaxed feel with the white shiplap contrasting the warm cabinet color and brass hardware. Cerused white oak was the wood of choice for the mudroom that provides the homeowners with additional storage that matches the look of the home. Floating shelves and a wood accent fireplace wall make the family room a place everyone feels comfortable. The pops of blue and gray make this space come alive and ready for some family fun.
